E36 definitely needs more power now that you're entering competitions. The other cars are able to pull away from you while being at higher angle. For fun skids with friends it's great but for comp stuff, gotta go forced induction Nico. 😉

up ur rear psi by 10-15 and run ur front at like 2-5psi higher for more transitional speed or lower for more front steering response at a slower speed it will make ur ass end float more which will help u keep the momentum in the long sweeping corners great clutch control hope to tandem soon

i run 20psi 26psi with small tire 22psi 36psi on a grippy

If it is fine while the car is cold but happens when it warms up definitely change out your coolant temp sensor on the cylinder head.

If they said don’t rev in the drivers meeting, you shouldn’t be reving. Other cars were doing it but man there’s a difference between a mustang giving it a rev and a stock bmw standing on rev limiter for way too long. Idk how loud this car is in person but bmw engines can be pretty annoying sounding at events. Same with Z cars.
