If it's not a therapy dog why assume everyone wanted a dog around them? Some people have dog allergies.

He was in a closed bag and I asked my class mates beforehand if it was okey by them. “Dog allergy “ is not caused by air spread, you have to actively be around the dog or touch it to have any reaction so😅 unless an institution has a marker on the entry that they don’t allow dogs you can take them in
