I got my tragus pierced 3 days ago and absolutely love it. I enjoyed watching this to see exactly how the process looks. It wasn't painful to me at all and it was over within 15-30 seconds. Only downside is I can't wear my earbuds on that side right now.

I made the mistake of getting my tragus done by some random tattoo shop on Hollywood and Vine. I didn't go to my usual piercer and it got terribly infected to the point where the area around it swelled and my jaw started hurting so I went on oral antibiotics. I admire Luci's work because you can tell she is meticulous about the sterilization process and providing good quality jewelry so it wont cause problems. *sigh* Kinda made me wanna get my tragus re-pierced haha.

@@wh0s.kchronicles It's painful for the the first 30 seconds after piercing. After that it's probably the least painful in the healing process - my lobes and helix were the worst! I suppose it's because they're so open to getting knocked about. The tragus is relatively hidden unless you wear earbuds/headphones.

Wish this video was available 7 months ago when I got mine done. I just felt like my piercer wasn’t as personable as hers so I felt kinda uncomfortable by the time I got mine done. Especially since I planned for both ears to have done. Ears were marked (i have an uneven size), sanitized, had my left done only for her to try my right and say it can’t be done bc my cartilage too small. Would’ve gotten a different piercing had my piercer confirmed that before piercing my left

yea im noticing right now as I touch and squeeze my tragus there is seemingly no pain at all no matter how much I squeeze it My earlobes are a different story. Small little squeezes and im already feeling some pain.

My tragus piercings are the most problematic for me in the recent weeks. My industrial tried me, but shes better now. My tragus piercings though, ugh. I've had them both around 4 months and they have gotten irritated the most. I even ended up taking both anti tragus' out yesterday in the hope the area can heal faster. I'll go get them redone though, the anti tragus looks great with the tragus piercing.

My only issue with my tragus is that I could hear it. It didn’t hurt but you can hear the pop of it going through your ear. I love mine though. It’s cute!

It’s really pretty!!!! I’m just thinking about how much money it would cost. I love piercings but they are so so expensive. Of course, I rather have a professional do it than some shop that does it for free. Gonna get my first one just on Wed today!!! I’m so excited but it’ll cost me $100+ 🥲. And another double helix on one of my ear a year later. I pretty much save all my pocket money for this as my parents rather have me learn to use my own money and spend it on what I like than using their money. I'm at 26 piercings including my ears and my nose. I'm pushing towards 30 😎. My least pain was my tragus...it was very easy and healed very quickly... 1-10 pain level was a 3. I have a double conch on both ears... 1-10 pain level was a 7. My forward helix was about 7. My outer conch was about a 4. One day soon I'll be looking into getting a surface piercing.💯❤💯❤💯❤💯❤

is my skin weird or something? i had 12 piercings in my ears (tragus, 4 lower cartilage, 1 helix, and 6 lobes) and after some time i had to take them (mostly) out because they were still sore after a long time and i got tired of it (my skin rejects most of piercings, i pierced my nose 3 or 4 times at the studio) & i cared about it and it never healed, even after 7 months. I loved them but i guess it's not for everyone:(

Got my helix pierced a couple of months ago. My ears are sensitive as well, got bumps and slight irritation for a couple of weeks after getting pierced. Soaking in warm water with salt really do help as well as the aspirin cream (just crush aspirin add water then apply to piercing, let it dry then clean it.)

Hi! I have my helix for over a year now. In my personal opinion it hurt like a 2/10 or maybe a 1 but that really depends on the person. My advice would be that you NEVER get a ring as the first jewelry, let it heal and then change it if you want. I had it done with a ring and honestly it took so long to heal bc of the movement that a ring cause and sometimes I got a bump. Also, please do research about the piercer, if they use needles, about the material of the jewelry ( I would recomend titanium or gold), all the process of hygiene. Remember to always clean it at least twice a day with saline solution (even when it's healed), try not to touch it and don't sleep on it. I'm sorry if this was too long but I really hope this can help you, the helix it is such a cute piercing to have. Ps: I'm not native in english so I'm sorry if there is a mistake🙏

I really wish I would have seen this video before I got my tragus pierced. I went to a toy shop and they randomly did piercings 😂 so I said what the heck I’m gonna do it. I regretted it so bad cause it got incarnated in my skin cause they did it with a gun and the earring was too small. It was so painful I had to take it out.. never again!
