Hey, Im a singer on a cruise ship, as well 🥰 as far as I've learned (and I say that with the knowledge that just cause I learned it doesn't mean I'm right 🤣)... but I had a vocal injury that took me 2 years to heal, and I learned a lot about vocal health in the process... blah, blah, blah, all I wanted to say is that whispering is actually more tiring for your voice than speaking normally... so when you want to get vocal rest, you should never ever whisper, either be completely silent, or speak less words, but with proper breath technique ❤️ Hope you're much better and that you don't ever have to vocal rest anyway 🤣

Hi Katelyn! Thanks for watching and taking the time to leave a comment. I know I shouldn’t whisper- but it was the only way I could quickly communicate without pain😩Trust me-I didn’t whisper except for what was filmed (and all of this stretched over more than a week) thankfully I am back to 100% now! So sorry about your vocal injury. I hope you are recovering well and thanks for sharing your knowledge ❤️

Oh wow you was so unwell, my heart went out to you. What ended up being wrong? Was it the flu?

No idea. I tested negative for Covid. I never got an official diagnosis. But if I had to guess-I had a upper respiratory infection ?

They audition for the show and are part of the cast! They come to rehearsals and are part of our team 👍🏻
