if it was a normal game, he would be happy but for this certain situation where he makes a youtube video and trys to stack as much AP as possible, which needs a lot of time, this normally "good" player is not good for him or his situation / intentions / goals. also most people just get unhappy if the team players are really bad. slightly bad players / missplays are mostly fine and most dont care about it. Its just the extreme bot-like behahvior paired with arrogance, ingorance, aggresion and refusing to listen, that gets most people to be annoyed or unhappy.

He smurfs in lower elos because he often plays janky builds or playstyles where what hes doing isnt often actually a good idea. So he wants his team to do well enough that the game lasts long enoufh to make a video. But he doesnt want them to do so badly from griefing or being braindead that he cant use the game for a video because he doesnt get to do whatever the video was supposed to be about. Not every jank build can 1v9. Amd not every 15 min ff makes a good video.

Zwag in my opinion blackfire isn't that good for veigar late cuz burns have never been the best for veigar due to his large amount of damage late game. Most of the time it's just better to one shot people with ludens than burn them with blackfire cuz what can you burn when everyone you apply the burn to dies in one or two spells, BUT there are some cases where burns are better like liandries against tanks
