One banana ( or if frozen use blender for frozen banana ) cut into peice . place banana peices in cup ! Add two to four teaspoons of cocoa powder and add water and stir until smooth ! If you have vanilla and cashew nuts also gives extra flavour you could add that ! A cheap natural drink I have breakfast and if frozen made into icecream !

I think quite a few flight attendants on KZbin have had issues with employers/ passengers using the channel against them so they choose not to show it anymore. I think it’s smart, that way you can be true to yourself and not risk having a disgruntled viewer reach out to your employer because they don’t like you 🤷🏻‍♀️
