I get by the way it's delivered that it's some kind of standard phrase, but the fact that the specialist said "please take care of me" it's so absolutely endeering to me

There's no direct translation but it's not really accurate to say it means 'please take care of me'. Coming from a customer, it's similar but from the professional themselves, it's more like a thank you for receiving the service and sort of implying the person will be a good client. It's really hard to explain but it's a respect thing rather than being endearing. We even say it at New year's to family members as like a 'i look forward to spending another year with you'. It honestly has such a broad range of meanings depending on the context

I had a little giggle when I heard your snoring at around the 26 minute mark, however I was sleepy and very relaxed just watching.
