I graduated in the Spring semester (a little over 3 months ago) and even though my sleeping schedule is a lot better than it was when I was in school, I still have times that I have trouble sleeping. For example, I live in Miami, and yesterday I went to sleep at 6am, thankfully I didn’t have to work. It’s currently 5:20am the following day and I haven’t slept yet. It probably doesn’t help that I had COVID 3 weeks ago, so for 2 weeks I didn’t have anywhere to go and didn’t follow a sleeping schedule.
