yeah no surprise there really, the moment the sequence played where they explained that you can turn into a dragon with the stone, it was obvious zelda would turn into one. Wish they didnt show it and put this information at the end. Would have made the reveal actually meaningful for getting the last tear

Pretty good for a base weapon tho - it also reaches 60 in boss fights and in the depths. If you fused a gibdo bone to it (it wouldn’t last long though), and it was already at 60, you would have 110 weapon power, then imagine having full attack up armour equipped, and an attack up meal!

Fun (or not so fun) fact: you didn’t’ have to defeat gloom hands and phantom ganon to get the master sword. You just needed to fly a bit higher (using a zonai device) to get on the dragon.

@@Enforc3r I’m not sure if it really starts flying lower, but right after you collect the last (secret) memory, the dragon flies a bit lower, but some time after that flies back up. I managed to get the master sword when the dragon was quite high. I just jumped of the top of Valor island when the light dragon was flying by, but I will still go to the lost woods and help the Great Deku Tree.

@@JustJorby I'm assuming you're joking, but the whole point of the game is that you can do anything in any order. Yeah, it would be a lot harder to get the master sword early, but as long as you have the stamina to pull it, nothing in the game stops you.

This is a very late comment but it's the unintended way due to the fact that they wanted you to go and collect all the dragon tear memories so that the dragon will lower her altitude and fly closer to the surface because otherwise you would need to make a flying machine to reach her in most locations
