Woot woot glad to watch your videos again! Yeah I am needing to back to the gym after my surgery and with 6 weeks of recovery. Yes easy exercise is the way to go and just actually doing it is even the most important step! Can't wait till you clean up your EF and we all know that your daily is not your daily haha.
