Had the EXACT same symptoms. My window motor bolts were loose. Took the door panel off and re seated the motor to the regulator and tightened down the bolts. Worked like a charm. Really appreciate this video giving me a heads up. Thanks bro!

ITR parts are hard to come by. My 5-lug solution for the rear was to use a Mazda Protege axle nut with an ITR rear bearing. I'm not sure those are easy to come by so maybe a Prelude or Accord one might work? For the front, I just used a 1st gen CR-V knuckle (I'm running 36mm axles).
