Drae: Who would want that color car right off the bat? Me: well you see green is my favorite color... Also huge tip! you dont have to open the container to fill the gas tank, just open the gas tank and have the cursor over the opening and right click to fill. You only need to open containers to fill them.

Drae, the easiest way to not be turned around again is to keep the posts to one side always. For you right now it is to the right, and I’m pretty sure it never flips to the other side so it can help you stay on your heading.

Make sure to have the road lights on you right hand side, otherwise you are driving back to a previous destination. When your car is slow, do not take along filled jerry cans or gold bars. If you do take along heavy equipment, make sure to place it as such to create a good weight distribution. Otherwise your car will be much harder to control on the straights.

It would be cool to see road hazards such as animals like cows,goats, camels,cyotes, vultures that could attack or damage your car, people who might rob you or ask for rides and either receive a reward of some kind or risk getting murdered by them. A mad max style vehicle modularity would be cool too. There’s this game has some potential it’s just a matter of the devs being able to run with it and make it fun/funny

Motorcycles like a Ural with a side car, trucks ,creepy vans and semis could be fun as well each adding different levels of protection from what’s outside and different levels of damage resistance. A bicycle with a basket on it that you could throw in the trunk in case the car breaks down or runs out of gas would be interesting if you risk running into enemies.

Got this game yesterday after work. Got totally hooked and spent 4 hours to drive 56km. Now I have a beautiful red car with 27 litres of gas (3% of which is blood, don't ask me how) One thing I absolutely LOVED was that you can siphon fuel from abandoned cars into yours, that was nutty. Also got jumpscared by a doll which chose to spawn in a window of a house. That was creepy af. edit: can tires actually pop in this game? I even tried poking one with the katana but I don't think it deflated. Also, how tf do you fix the swerving when you crash? Switching wheels and rims didn't fix it :/

Those random glitches while driving are autosaves. They supposedly made them less noticeable but I can't see a difference.

No, those are not auto saves. Sadly there is a problem where the car suddenly " sinks" into the asphalt, and then throws you back out, it is a major bug that we could not fix till now, but we are trying to come up with a solution. I dont know if you know programming or not,but it has something to do with the floating point precision, which makes us these huge distances possible. Hope we can fix it sooner or later!

The Long Drive Gotcha. Yea I’ve done quite a bit with Unity in C# but always in 2D so I’ve never encountered that bug. Im sure you’ll figure it out. I’ve spent my fair share of nights scratching my head and usually because I’m over-complicating the problem. 3D is a whole different beast tho. Good luck. Love the game so far.
