So infuriating. 3 kids completely lost trying to help each other because they were failed by the adults responsible for their births into this world. As a teacher, I am just at a loss.

These children should never be put into positions like this. Parents really need to stop failing their children because that's your bloodline and like the old saying goes, we all reap what we sow! You fail your children; you will set your future self-up for failure as well.

@ShesFromVenus I understood your point. Both of them are angry and disappointed at their parents for not being present and creating that unhealthy dynamic between them. Unfortunately, the younger sister is directing those feelings towards her older sister but should be directing them towards the parents. Younger sister probably experienced multiple traumas, and she blames her older sister for not protecting or being present, which it's never the siblings' job to do that. We all deal with life in differing ways and have a variation in maturity level and emotional intelligence. Hopefully, they can heal from the past.

This episode hit hard. It needs to be normalized for people to know they are not responsible for their parents actions. Or that you don't have to hold that responsibility bc they chose not to. It is such a a huge weight and we don't know any different because we just see it as this is what we have to do. To really sit down and break down your childhood, it's really eye opening as to how and why you are they way you are. I will never wish ill will or hate my father bc we are blood. But I am learning not to carry that weight anymore. Karamo , you really are a godsend, you bring people together you create an open and unbiased space. You let people speak and be heard and it's comforting to us that might not have had that chance. But to know that you are out here changing lives , it is truly inspiring to stay motivated and keep pushing and staying positive. Love you Karamo!! ❤❤

But the little sister too was also disrespectful in her actions when things didn’t go as she wanted them too. But hey, when your back is up against the wall & you’ve been emotionally exhausted, we’ve all done some stupid sh*t. You can definitely tell they’ve all been through a lot of trauma which breaks my heart 😢💔!! I’m happy they’ve reunited and pray they can continue to heal and grow as a family!! Life is too short!! Okay that thumbnail threw me off, thought that was a mom and her son but anyway. I hope they’re able to heal and be there for each other.

The roles were reversed with my Mother and I during her time of addiction... I made sure she ate, I monitored what clothes she put on, I kept her secrets as to protect her from shame...all this while I went to middle school every day and endured abuse from multiple pdfs. she allowed to stay with us from time to time...Never thought I'd fall into addiction after these experiences (vowed I'd never do drugs...) but it happened many years later in spite of my efforts to avoid the inevitable. By God's grace I'm clean and in therapy for these life events. Bless Karamo for all he does for people like me.

It's just so sad how a lot of children are abandoned by their parents. Those parents should be locked up instead of giving the option to enjoy their lives.
