Great explanation by Dom. The way he describes the politics of the belts, it makes sense that Bivol needed to do just that little bit extra to take the 3 belts. Credit to both fighters and credit to the sport. I was there live and never felt such tension in a fight. Neutrality was forced upon me as both of them were so high level, it was tough picking one to root for.

Beterbiev should obviously rematch Bivol, but then, win or lose, move up and take on Opetaia as a swansong, especially if Opetaia has unified against one of the other belt holders currently avoiding d with easehim. PS Fury got handles and if he goes looking for Usyk early, in the rematch he'll be up and down like a yoyo until it's stopped. Usyk is levels above and the score cards and refereeing couldnt have been much more bent without being very obvious. Money men trying to set up Fury vs Joshua for all the $$$$$$$$$$.
