I will never forget a story I heard back in the day coming out of the USA about some guy everyone was screaming about - he could do the most amazing things with a football and in training - he got hooked up with a team and could not play so save his life. My son is doing quite well at football, he is quite young and at 2 pro clubs training (pre academy, too young to get signed) What I have learnt is that skills and dribbling are only a small part of football. I think what is harder and more important is scanning, your first touch your awareness, your positioning, being hard to beat and fighting for the ball. Also decision making. Skills and training are one thing. Actually performing well on a pitch in match is completely different. Best of luck to you, you certainly have the skills.

I wanna see the comparison of you doing an actual fitness session with the players. Would love to see you in a full week of training with the squad and see how you cope both technically, physically and mentally. By mentally I think it would be interesting to see how quickly you understand the tactics of the game from coaches and adapt to them and also how deep can you dig when you are tired and sore... Super video really enjoyed it!

You held your own and then some with those elite players, but as we all know football is played on a very large field where physical, fast and strong players that ALSO have skill excel. Theyd have signed you up right there if youd pass and moved more in the 2v2 (only going off of the highlights) :p But obviously they would be seeing that as a very workable issue, and he was a keeper, so might not have been the best tactic. Quality though! Didnt expect it from a youtuber.. how come youre not in an academy? Surely its only a matter of time
