Just an idea/suggestion: Have you watched that movie entitled "Takluk: Lahad Datu"? It's still playing in cinemas now. It's based on what happened in Sabah around 2013, just over 10 years ago. The language is in Malay, but there are subtitles which flash quite quickly, so I'm not sure if you consider yourself to be a speed reader. It might give you an insight on not just what happened in Malaysia not too long ago, but also how we dealt with it, as well as Malaysian cinematography.

I don't think Ben has enough fat on his body for a 30-day water fast. The theory when I fasted decades ago was that: First- your body consumes it's fat. Second-your body consumes it's own diseased matter Third-your body starts to consume it's own organs. It was important to stop the fast when the fat was gone, unless you have diseased matter to unload.
@elbowstancenow15193 ай бұрын
Holiday = Food
@benfishermin3 ай бұрын
Yea 30 days would be overkill most likely. I do have some deep rooted autoimmune disease, so I think something like a 10-14 day fast at least could prove helpful. I'll likely try one in a couple of months. I definitely did lose a lot of fat as well and thankfully transitioned into a clean diet so I didn't gain any back. I feel like I've maintained the improved digestion benefits in a big way too.

@@benfishermin Great way to get rid of what's unwanted. Please be careful, you might need more rest, you might become light-headed. For many years I fasted a couple times a year, all to my benefit. Good luck.
