Found your channel when I've stumbled into "flip-to-live" situation. I'll be buying one soon and holy moly its crazy inside. i'm also a first time flipper. i was really devastated when I woke up this morning the day after inspection. Your channel and these vids you make helped me hold onto the aspirations for this home I had when I first approached this idea. Hopefully, fingers crossed, I can make this flip a livable home sooner than later. It's still frozen winter in central Alaska, so wish me luck. Once again, thank you for making all this awesome content.

If you owned a trailer park with 15 units, what would you do to maximize income? Sell each trailer with the land it’s on and just manage the park? Thanks!

Depends on the type of income you want. If you want residuals then don’t sell. I’m releasing a video next week where I interviewed a park manager who’s doing extremely well for themselves and he’s got a ton of advice for y’all. Hope you catch it. Thanks for watching!

From what I understand from a mover of mobile homes, it depends on several factors. Call the companies in your area that move mobile homes and go from there

Depends on what part of the state you live in. Have you checked Craigslist or Googled any movers? Also, stop by a few dealerships and ask them for references. They should have loads
