It looks amazing I have mix feelings about trailers home specially in Florida because most of them are in a HOA, and the land is about 1200 a month in Florida HOA are out of control, so to me is not affordable.

You flippers are helping to make housing unaffordable. You buy up all the cheap mobile homes, not to live in them, but with the goal of driving up the price as much as possible! All for personal gain and pure greed! Might be great for you guys but bad for everyone else. Truly sad.
