The old stigma is that manufactured homes don't appreciate, but that is now not true. With the rising cost of housing + the massive housing shortage, these homes appreciate too, possibly more than some stick built homes, just depends.

I have a question ⁉️ I just bought some property on the property is an abandoned trailer.. I did call talked to the last owner she stated she didn't want to discuss the trailer and I knew that was a problem when I bought the land she stated she has no we're to move the mobile home, and she refuses to sell but the mobile home is and has been sitting longer than 6-months what do I do to get a title and it is a 2010 also I live in Alabama as well

Only because my ex-husband had a contract with a local mobile home park to move derelict mobile homes to the dump...what we learned is, if all you're doing is taking it to the dump, you just attach it to your semi and bring it there. But if you're moving a trailer you want to live in, you pretty much have to know what you're doing. Not everybody happens to own a semi truck, so you have to hire somebody. Moving it is expensive. How are you getting around this? Do you move them yourself?

Found your channel when I've stumbled into "flip-to-live" situation. I'll be buying one soon and holy moly its crazy inside. i'm also a first time flipper. i was really devastated when I woke up this morning the day after inspection. Your channel and these vids you make helped me hold onto the aspirations for this home I had when I first approached this idea. Hopefully, fingers crossed, I can make this flip a livable home sooner than later. It's still frozen winter in central Alaska, so wish me luck. Once again, thank you for making all this awesome content.

If these are students, then you should have followed through on the teaching moments. Correct power tool use, beating in oversized replacement plywood will cause the floor to buckle with moisture, window repair was sketchy as hell. I guess if just putting lipstick on a pig is your goal, but people are buying these thinking they've been properly repaired, issues have just been covered up unfortunately.
