Correct power tool use, beating in oversized replacement plywood will cause the floor to buckle with moisture, window repair was sketchy as hell. I guess if just putting lipstick on a pig is your goal, but people are buying these thinking they've been properly repaired, issues have just been covered up unfortunately.

Great job on the flip. I have a single wide on lake Sinclair when we bought the lot it had a renter in it. We opted to keep renting it for the first 3 years . We have been using another house on the lot but opted not to renew the lease and are remodeling it now. It’s in pretty solid shape just needs some updated flooring paint and we are removing the stripping on the wall panels and finishing the seams so it looks like conventional sheet rock. New vanities and toilets , paintIng the cabinets and new hardwear. We are excited!

"Sawdust glued together." That made me laugh. It's a stupid/cheap manufacturing move. I used to be a home inspector. Every older manufactured home I inspected had soft spots, especially around the exterior walls. Some were really bad. Ugh. Now, I own one with the same issues. Hey, the price was right. :-)
