First of all, the Maryland hate will not be condoned! Yes I saw prostitution and drug addicts on my school trip in Baltimore to Lexington Market but they were friendly to us kids. It did make me laugh, but the entire city is not bad, just pockets. The state is beautiful and Navy is out of Annapolis which is amazing and has great food.
