The Uhaul moving and Storage at 5150 Obama Blvd should be ashamed of themselves. This experience was a top 10 worst I have ever had. I felt like I wasn't human and living in the twilight zone deal with these people. Andrew (manager) and black lady should not be working with customers. I hope that this help someone out there from giving Uhaul Storage their money and potentially getting harassed like I was. They lied on me and even called the police and lied to them on me. I hope someone gets something from this video. The black lady talking about my mother was the last straw.

Yeah this is bull. It doesn’t matter whether your items were ultimately lost or not, the problem is that their negligence puts your items at risk. You pay them monthly to make sure your items are kept SAFE AND SECURED! In their possession, and they completely failed to uphold that. The fact you weren’t notified and only managed to save your stuff through luck is 100% grounds for a refund. The service promised wasn’t provided and you had to step in and do the work they’re responsible for.
