Shame you couldn't make a deal on the JVC. I LOVE reselling car radios. Have a little system to test them without a car. And I've learned to check the model IN the box because it might not be the model ON the box! A lot of times when someone replaces a crappy car radio with something nice, they'll just throw the crappy one into the box of the nice one because, well, the box is just sitting there.

I once went to a rich Russian’s sale, the lady had some Tori Burch sandals and I asked how much. In a deep heavy accent she told me “that will not fit you sweetheart”. We share a chuckle and again I ask how much? She tells me those cost her a loooot of money and I’m like “oh really? 😐”. I wait a couple minutes, look around then come back to it and ask her what she wanted for them. She tells me “this for girlfriend? What size she wear?”, I tell her I’m not really sure but depending on the price I can just buy it for her and see if it fits. She doesn’t take the hint and just tells me to figure out her size and we can go from there so at that point I’m like SCREW THIS and left lol
