Well that is an entirely different issue that you have. The earth team really doesnt have much going for it right now. Teryni is a support, so her DPS is low, and Milim is ok, but AOE.

My new favorite slimeIM creator :D Do you have vid comparing wind milim and space rimuru buff? Since atk will buff normal souls also, but yes wind milim can buff everyone soul of combo instead of rimuru who only buff 2 others and himself so yea theres pros cons. But overall dmg, wdyt?
