I bet they longed for the days of the old Dream sickle dressed Tampa Bay Bucs again when they were in our division. Those dream sickles were always in the basement and the lions lived on the first floor. The Packers, Vikings, and Bears shared the penthouse quite a bit. Remember one thing though guys and gals, the Vikings have more division championship wins in the north than any of you, even the Packers who trail the Vikings by 4 championships. This is why its called the "Norse" Division and it will take years to dethrone the Vikings. Even though we have no Super Bowl wins, I can still lay my head down at night in peace knowing we own this Division for many years to come.

Somewhere on FaceBook or KZbin I did post my prediction for the game 31-27 Lions. I knew it would be close. Vikes have a good coach and a lot of talent. I am curious to see how they handle this loss. Also, lions will have to be careful about a let down game against the Titans. But, what makes this lions team so dangerous is they have so many weapons. Each game there is always a different player stepping up, (usually more than one) Branch has been so key. Causing very timely turnovers. When looking at the highlights, notice on one play Goff drops back to pass he is being hit from behind buy a Viking defender. The defender get a hand on Goff's shoulder and Goff doesn't even blink! No flinching at all. He keeps his eye on his target and completes a huge play. It was incredible focus. Great game, in a freakin great division. Good game breakdown gentleman.

Fun fact, Jared Goff hasn't thrown an INT in 3 games now and his completion % in the last 4 games combined is over 80%. Also, don't feel bad for feeling like you beat yourselves, we feel that way just about every time we lose too lol, that's just football.. usually whoever makes the least mistakes wins, but sometimes even that's not true. I still think Minnesota is top 3 or 4 in my power rankings and my biggest concern in the NFC right now, except maybe the Packers but idk. I don't see a whole lot of teams in the NFC that I feel like are definitively better than the Lions, Vikings or Pack. If so, who? Washington or Philly? Philly is fraudulent until proven otherwise. I think Washington will win their division. I know Tampa Bay beat the Lions but is anyone gonna argue that they're the better team over the course of the season? As a Lions fan I started the season thinking Green Bay was the only challenge in the North. Going into the game yesterday, I knew it was 50/50 if the Lions would win. You guys are playing amazing football and yesterday was no exception. I'm excited for the playoffs and probably fighting you. I think the Lions and the Vikings are the top two in the NFC and definitely in the top three in the NFL

Lions Fan here. Great job to a really tough Vikings team! I think the game could have been in the Lions favor a bit more based off that silly fake punt and then the fumble by DM for a return touchdown. You’ll get your rematch week 18 and I can’t wait!

It is a great day to be a Lions fan indeed!! I am loving life right about now! But your Minnesota Vikings are hella solid & our division (NFC North) as a whole totally rules right now! 🦁🏈🦁🏈🦁🏈🦁🏈🦁

Vikings finishing 5-12 I fear

What? Vikings are way to good to go 5-12, I've seen lucky teams that you think might not win another game but the only loss comes against a team with 1 loss and you lose by a field goal! Not to mention the next 4 games should All be Wins and then the Bears who I don't think are that good yet
@Blammo944 күн бұрын
@@d.s.8733 scratch that. They’ll go 4-13 somehow

Minnesota lost to Detroit was not too big of a surprise. Hutchinson going down I thought would have had a bigger problem. I honestly thought Minnesota would run away with it after the Lions faked punt on a 4th and 7. Overall a great game, but tough loss for ya guys.

As a die hard Lions fan, this is a great video.... Honest and accurate. Lots of penalties on both sides did not get called, that could have or should have been. We Lions fans are not overlooking the injuries you guys had, especially Hockenson. Had he played, it may have effected the Detroit fan's energy...even tho LaPorta is just as good or better. Btw, Trevor Nowaske and Pat O'Conner were fresh to the team and you had little to no film on them. In addition to what you guys said, imo Darnold let you guys down, his late inaccuracy and poor choices were a problem, maybe the pressure was getting to him, but he missed open guys and seemed to lock in on JJ for too long, tho that is understandable. Good job guys, see you at the end of the year! Go Lions!

Lions fan checking in. The Vikings are a very good team with an easy schedule the rest of the way. The Lions won today, but this division is going be a dogfight. The North is the King of the NFL this year. The lack edge pressure was glaring for the Lions today though. I’m going to keep saying this for the rest of the year too, but if Hutch was healthy the Lions win this one going away. #bringmaxxhome

Hold your heads up gentleman, the Vikings are playing great football. Thanks for giving the Lions their due, we’re not used to this in Detroit, it’s been a great ride, bet we see each other in the playoffs!

Lions fan also. I wouldn’t be too discouraged. You beat the Packers and can as close as you could to beating the Lions. You guys have a great team.

I'm also a huge Lions fan. My wife a huge Vikings fan. Very emotional all game long both ways. Even in victory for my Lions, had a headache all day following the game. Minnesota has a tough team and great fans! It sometimes sucks we are in the same division. Heart goes out to you guys! Could easily have gone the other way. Just a few plays made the diff

Ill say this as a Lions fan, you talked about winning up front winning the game. Thats very true, the Vikings are probably only second to the Bucs as the toughest defense the Lions have faced. The Bucs though have a D-line that just beat the Lions in the trenches. I didnt expect the Vikings to be at 5-1 at this point in the season. The defense was on my radar, but I didnt expect Sam Darnold to have the command of the offense that he has. The Super Bowl is going to run through the NFC North one way or the other.

The thing to remember about KC is that Mahomes never beat Goff Detroit Lions are number 1 and that's that

The Vikings gave Detroit a heck of a battle. I'm a Lions fan, but what a good game the Vikings played, too. Black and blue is tough. At this point, anyone can win the division, including Green Bay and even Chicago. I'm happy for the entire division this year!
