I have been loving Fable, it feels like it’s more interactive with the book community and keeps me more engaged. I also really enjoy all the colour and how visual it is, as a person with adhd, it’s just more fun to use and keeps me motivated.

This comparison was exactly what I was looking for. Decided to continue with Storygraph and use Fable together, like you. I love storygraph stats, but having the social aspect can help me to read more.

if the sound quality is weird, it’s because my mic was indeed not working 😔

Thanks for the review. You've convinced me to transition to storygraph. I didn't realize they had quarter stars for reviews

@@arsemagossaye9759 yessss! It’s one of my favourite features because I’m always indecisive for how to rate books 🤣

I’m thinking of tracking my reading properly from 2025 😂 now confused if I should use Storygraph or Fable! Which one do you prefer using going forward?

I use both! I like Storygraph for the tracking features as it tracks your reading more accurately (how many pages you read, specific versions of books, etc.). I prefer fable for the community aspect and interactive features (book clubs, reading summarys, reviews, etc). If you want to just track the books you read, I would suggest you use Storygraph. If you want more of a community aspect to reading, I would suggest Fable.

I liked your review. I had heard of Fable and was curious, but I'll stick with StoryGraph anyway. I think it's more reader-focused and its tools are more precise. Another thing I like is being able to create my own challenges or join a public one. In terms of community, I solved it by joining Buddy Reads and Readalongs. There I could talk about the books that interested me and meet people with similar tastes using the same anti-spoiler features. Over time, I used the Book Club feature and now we choose readings together (I'll send you a request, but from what I saw, we only have fantasy in common).🧙♂ Me ha gustado tu reseña, había escuchado de Fable y tenia curiosidad pero aun así me quedo con StoryGraph creo que es mas enfocado en los lectores y sus herramientas son mas precisas, otra cosa que me gusta es poder crear mis propios desafíos o unirme a alguno público.
