If any of your other villagers get the moving out bubble, talk to them and then close the game before you end the conversation. Dont talk to that villager until tomorrow. The bubble will move to a different villager the next day. Hope that helps

In Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer you're able to move stuff halfway between squares, so you'd be able to centre the steps in front of the museum even thought they're 2 wide and the museum entrance is 3 wide, and I'm so gutted they didn't bring it back for New Horizons

About the whole "Animal Crossing is stressful" thing: this is a very common thing. If you've ever drawn - or even want to become an artist/are already an artist - you will most certainly run into this, if you haven't already. With social media it's very easy to see what other people accomplish, but it takes a lot of time and effort to accomplish similar things. What happens is you fall into "the gap" - a place where your skills don't match your expectations. It's hard to believe in yourself when you're in this "gap". But you have to remember that there's a 99% chance that the people you look up to have been there too. You just have to believe in yourself and keep going. :) I'm talking about art in particular because this is what I went through when I started doing digital art. But I'm sure that this can happen in any other activities - like sports, cooking, singing, etc.. Just keep going :) Edit: I am aware that the "AC is stressful" thing is a joke 😅 Just saying this for people who genuinely get upset over things like these - it's not worth being upset over them, since if you keep going, you'll get better eventually :)

I don't own this game, but one possible solution is to instead have the inclines go side-to-side rather than make a direct ramp straight to your house. Dunno how those dimensions would work though, but probably more appealing than seeing the cancer of inclines not lining up.

i got frustrated with the whole cliff thing too, but i kind of found a way around it! what i did was demolish every other block, that way it created a tunnel of sorts and didn’t require me to round off the block. then, once i had demolished every other block, i went back and demolished all the cliff strips that were left over. i hope this makes sense 🥺

Hey Jack. Leading up to your museum, have two sets of twin staircases, with a 3 block gap in between. It can branch off before the first staircase after the river, and you can put flowers and skeletons and stuff on the area in between the stairs. I think it depends on how you go about it. There isn't anything wrong with comparing yourself to others as long as you take it as a means to better yourself rather than use it as a means to get upset, angry, depressed or unmotivated. Being an artist it was something I had to learn to do. A lot of people would tell me I shouldn't compare myself, and I don't agree. I actually think it's better to do so if you are looking to improve, but you have to have the right mindset to do that. If you see someone's island and want your island to look like that. Look closely at how they did things, take some notes. Then ask yourself, what steps would you need to take to do the same? Separating it into little tasks can help quite a lot. Even if you don't end up with having it look as good, at least you can be proud of yourself for trying, and I am willing to bet your island will even look better for it.

@@SilvyReacts had the same experience when learning to draw just now, still total beginner level but i faced this now a couple of times and likely will again and again, as i am easily frustrated and my depression likes to tell me how bad i am and to just give up. and yeah it depends how you compare yourself to others. if it is to learn how to get better, that's great, you just gotta find out how you can learn from someone who's better. but it's just so easy to marvel at their skill they gathered through years of effort, failing and learning from it. that's just not something you see in their finished product and have to make yourself conscious about to not fall into dispair.

I love my island, it doesn’t look like everyone’s utopia, but I have a residents area, like the suburbs, and the town centre with the shops and the museum, and I have a playground, I love my island just the way it is even if to some it may seem basic, but it’s great in its own little way, and it has 5 stars so the game is validating it too ❤️
