Love your openness 👍 Reflux is a pain in the arse - well, throat actually 🤣 - and stress definitely doesn't help. Meds are a great help but IMHO fitness is the best stress buster - and it also helps with the weight 😉 Stay positive, stay strong and good luck 👍👍👍

I need to find a gym with a pool. I have pretty bad arthritis in my knees which makes cardio difficult. Thanks!

Sorry to hear that. My knees are bad too due to worn cartiladge so I took up road cycling. No impact on the knees and increased fitness 👍👍👍
