Mmm I love homemade pickles! I us the same brine recipe as you. I’ve never tried pickling fruit though. That’s really interesting!

On its own your brain immediately goes "wait, that's not fruit!" So I'd treat it more like a vegetable or a condiment at that point. Add it to meats, savory dishes etc. That's where I'd experiment with pickled fruits

Loved your video-Just curious if you did a taste test video of the different items you pickled. Very nice, I must say I’m kind of shocked with the dried plums, but I have some of those and I’m going to try it.👍😄

It's coming up soon. We've had a busy summer but it's on the schedule. I'm also researching the best dishes to incorporate each pickle product and make it interesting.

How long do they last in fridge. ?

If you keep them sealed, around 10 weeks. If you opened the jars, I'd say around 3- 4 weeks.
