The prestige idea was cool. It's like how the challenge series in The Run worked, but the times were way too strict combined with the games physics made this the hardest thing I've ever done in a NFS game.

My favorite modern game is Need For Speed 2015. I loved the vibe that was more in line with the underground series and the Tunner scene. The atmosphere that the idea was a group of friends having fun during the night seemed nice to me. A group of friends competing for fun and love of cars. The art of the game is excellent, almost realistic, but that is why there is no day in that game since it was designed to only be at night. Now, the execution was disastrous. The Frostbite game engine was at its limit, it almost never works with fast cars as they travel faster than the game can load the map. The driving system works great for slow cars, the starters. But when you have a fully upgraded car it is impossible to drive it. And that it requires permanent connection was what killed it completely. Supposedly the game was designed to make a kind of MMO, but it shows that this was not the original idea and that it was something that EA forced them to implement. Anyway, my favorite is still the underground 1, because the races ended up being super fun with the circuits that were there , a nd the serious atmosphere it had, then on the other hand there were the crazy races where you had to jump over a huge bridge and then make a 90 degree turn as soon as you hit the ground.. Then from carbon onwards I never got to know a map by heart, except burnout paradise but because the game forces you to know the city or lose.

Some cars in NFS 2015 such as the E46 M3 and the AE86 had an "after steer" problem. Considering that it affected some of my favorite cars in the game, it was a little heartbreaking.

Tune the car, Ftp 4 steps to left (or 2 step to left depending what's comfortable for you) Rtp 1 step to right Steer response 3 to left Steering range 4 to right Braking drift assist off Drift stability assist on Launch control on Differential completely open(all the way to right) Downforce 2 to right Brake strength in centre Brake bias 2 to right Tire traction more Hand Brake strength in centre(or 2 step to right if initiating drift is difficult) Spring stiffness and sway bar 1 step to right. This will make the car more drivable and its a grip handling.

I recently started 2015 for the first time, using Unite, and I'm having a blast. Handling works great, at least with early cars at max upgrades (which is how I prefer to play NFS, as a tuner game). I've experienced none of the technical problems in videos/discussion I've seen, besides ai doing donuts in drift events. My only complaints have been drift events being far too easy, and the new cop ai making events harder than they probably should. Also, Huricán't

@@official_gamerhd5260 I'm only Rep rank 35ish, I don't think I'm at that point yet. The events require around 20k points and I can comfortably get 100-200k. Main problem is cops (I'm using nerfed cops too). They're nearly impossible to escape from and will ram you into walls, so my strat is to get the target score in the beginning, and then just treat the rest of the event like a pathed cop chase. Not ideal, and I wish these super cops just didn't exist in drift events (especially gymkhana where you're timed).

Imo as a player that has couple hundreds of hours playtime in this game theres no handling problem since its completely adjustable per tuning parts and more important sliders. But there are bugs in the steering that occur random that kill your drift/do weird things to the steering now and then. Sadly that bug was never fixed.

Just started this for the first time a couple of weeks ago and I'm honestly loving it. I don't really understand why it gets so much shit for its handling model. It feels really heavy, which is always something I've personally liked in games. Like, I platinumed Rivals before jumping into 2015, and while that game was more predictable in its handling model, it also felt like you were driving on ice.

For some reason when I tried playing 2015 again the manual shifting wasn’t working and just stayed in automatic, even with that my car barely turned and the car wouldn’t even speed up and took dozens of seconds to even get to 60mph

The visuals were most likely designed with night time in mind plus it’s usually always raining. In comparison the other games have alot more going on and probably consistent visual shaders for night or day. Could be wrong but there’s my guess

It does have nice graphics, I think more sharp and clean than heat and payback. Rain on 2015 is not ok, but heat has messy unnnatural rain that makes it hard to see. I don't see why it always has to rain so much in NFS, its kinda annoying.

I completed heat then I started playing 2015, I thought as every racing game has unique handling physics this game also has unique handling. I completed the whole story with little grip handling. Got used to the sh!t handling physics and enjoyed the game. Then I dropped 2015 for couple of months cause I was playing heat again. Saw alot of people complaining about how it has worst handling and I was like it's not that bad then started playing again after months and the handling was so a$$. I tried to figure out how to make it playable without mods so tried to tune every thing and see what effects it has on handling and then tuned all my cars now the handling is so much better. Cars don't oversteer anymore, no unwanted drift initiation and cars responds fast.

The prestige races were like ridiculously hard. Like not only is the rubber banding insane compared to normal races but I swear for drift events the game boosts your competitors’ score more than yours. Literally I have a Miata that’s a drift fucking king, and for the prestige races I was keeping up with these super cars, but they would barely whip the end out and get like 30K points and my drift missile is literally chaining drifts and I have like the max multiplier and shit & at the end of my massive slide I only got like 1/5 of the score of the others that were barely oversteering and were crashing back and forth every time :| I eventually finished the damn prestige drift events but nah fam it’s ridiculously hard to the point that it feels unfair as opposed to challenging

Prestige only has 2 usable cars. The beck customs and the rsr. If you don't use those cars imo prestige is impossible

For speed class I used the beck kustoms f132 I think I got all gold start for its great acceleration and handling

You have to really get the hang of this handling model to get gold, I got 80 hours on this game and like 20 hours were spent on two hardest prestige events
