nah defectt my man I’m subscribing I’m kidding, as a regular ctf player, i honestly think that your points are pretty fair and justified. I only find it fun because of the fights and the feeling of winning, it’s been one of my favorite game modes ever since I played it in february, but as you said there weren’t these big parties full of decent people and sweaty people in general like even if you’re good like your team can be lackluster, it was actually enjoyable and playable back then when it was first introduced and now you cant play a game without some sweat being in the game, your team having like two brain cells, etc. I honestly wish in my opinion that they’ll have like a system that puts me with like mobile players instead of the sweaty pc people, and just people play with people that have their specific device/console instead. I used to be a leaderboard grinder and now i just play it for fun and not as often anymore, but i still play it and it still is my favorite game mode on the hive. don’t torture yourself tho man, i definitely understand your frustration with the game lol

As a former CTF main and leader grinder, I can confirm most CTF are extremely annoying, with the 4v1 and bow spam, I understand where you come from lol, and I report for prolonging whenever someone holds the flag like in your video, because it's no fun for anyone, when you get actual thinking people its more fun XD

I see your point, CTF has its issues, but I won't say it's a terrible game. I like the new maps they added, they were something different from playing the same maps over and over again. The game was a good, it just wasn't excuted greatly. Maybe whenever (if ever) the lvl update comes out, they'll add more to it. Maybe different gamemodes like mega where there are four teams, and instead of how normal CTF works, there are three flags per team, with you needing one flag from each team to score. Maybe you would need atleast one of your own flags left at base to score. Or even, maybe what Hypixel bedwars does and CTF could have traps that activate whenever an enemy is at your base.

As a former CTF main with over 5k wins under my belt, I do want to make a comment on this to basically say A lot of the things in this video are right to an extent, but also there are things that I highly disagree with (mostly the thing with the gate on valley because it can be used for some actually quite interesting and useful ways of using it) Parties are a problem in this game, but they are also a problem on pretty much every game. But the fact that CTF is a very team based game makes the problem worse. The whole point of the game being "Not skill based" In a lot of ways is really wrong in the same way that saying Skywars isn't skill based is wrong. If anything CTF is more skill based than Skywars (Though less so than TW) due to the lack of an RNG element outside of team making if you don't have a party. Multiple good CTF players can solo entire grinding parties on their own, some with high levels of game sense and others by just being really good at PvP. I don't think it's fair to call the entire game not skill based because of that, having skill really pays off on the game. Also yeah people prolonging the game is a problem that doesn't really have an easy fix other than cracking down on people prolonging the game.
