If they really are just discovering the internet, then the amount of people joining would be at a slow curve, and on top of that, English is a commercial language, and one of the most often spoken ones. There is nothing stopping them from watching other KZbinrs in this “wealth of content,” creating a variety of competition. Finally, these videos seem to be targeting small children, limiting their audience to some degree, even if it’s a small limit.

The language is Hindi :) the title that you zoomed into says, "The wrath of Bala | Mowgli's greatness" something (the rest is cut off) Also yes, a bit of lore- The Ambani family (remember a bunch of celebrities went to that one big Indian wedding that lasted months? Yeah, them) actually made wifi super cheap and accessible in rural areas and small cities, so suddenly a large chunk of a very populated country was able to come online, and youtube channels like Powerkids and T series were able to suddenly gain a massive audience. Yep, I remember when I first watched Markiplier, in his SCP Containment Breach series because I had started to become more interested in horror games than I was scared of them, and Mark's terrified reactions made it a bit easier for me to get into horror myself (nowadays horror is my favorite genre). All the episodes were numbered, videos largely unedited, and he always started where he left off the last time (unless he got a MAV). These days, even though I'm subbed to him, I largely have to directly search him to get anything from him, while something I skimmed past for 5 seconds on a shorts scroll starts getting shoved in my face every waking moment. Eugh. What I wish became a more widespread thing was the style of very long video essay that guys like EmpLemon put out about various different things. Once you get into those video essays, it feels like anything but an hour.

If the majority your views are coming from Great Britain it is more beneficial to change the location of where your channel is from so the ad views and your channel is better optimized for that audience. Also you can set up the business in said country as well. It’s a smart move especially for creators of poorer countries. I’d do it I just find it funny and bizarre they chose Ireland rather than USA, Canada, Australia lol
