Long time ago we had a contractor survey an extension to our house, only about 30m2 but with some added connections from the house to the garage. They came in with an estimate of $80k for a (then) $240k house! I put my foot down and we didn't go ahead, instead we moved to a much bigger house in a better neighborhood. Tell me about it. What started out as a small leak under the kitchen sink, slowly turned into a whole new kitchen. We had a small leak from the a small fixture at the bottom of the sink, but they didn't sell those types anymore, so I had to bet a whole new sink, and might as well get a new tap too. It's only a small counter top the sink is on, and the cupboards are really dated, plus it would be nice to have a plug in moved for the coffee pot. So holy shit, let's just rip out the whole kitchen and start from scratch, so that's what we did.

I'd recommend Red Dragon mouse and keyboard. Totally anecdotal, but I love mine, I did replace the mouse with a newer version after 5 years of heavy use though and have had the new one for 3 years now with no issues.

If you want a very cheap, but sturdy ordinary mouse I recommend Logitech M90 and B100. They are basically the same and from my experience you can get angry and hit them to the desk or click frantically and they'll hold for quite some while

i am of the same opinion i NEVER throw things away until i absolutely have to(or my wife says so lol). I am a old fart and i had parents that lived through the depression back then you never threw anything away because you may find a use for it later;guess thats why i do what i do.I have a pair of tennis shoes that have a hole in the bottom but i cover the hole from the inside with duct tape and a piece of cardboard

Claus, buy a Cherry XTRFY Mz1 "Zy's Rail" mouse. You will love it. I have same hands as you, best mouse I ever bought. It costs 69.- on their website. After reviewing mice for years, Zy aka Rocketjumpninja finally designed his own mouse, and it's really good. Zy is the best Quake 3 Arena player on the planet. You should of course also try to repair your old mouse, after you have a replacement anyway.

Claus ditch that POS RAZER junk, My sons are avid online players, They burn through a deathadder mouse every 2 years. I have 2 Logitech G502 HERO, one for home, one for work. A peace of art. Way more robust. Give yourself a fathers day gift and get one and toss that crap in the trash. As for the 4 steps, Pfffffff. Raise the damn deck and make the stairs to the ground +4 steps.
