That's awesome! I'm confused though - since Coros sent you the Kilian watch, is this all wrapped into one deal? Are the other people getting training plans influencers like you? Makes sense given your platform and obviously they want to get their money's worth by having someone with awesome production skills extolling the benefits of KJ training + COROS watch, but did regular Joe Schmo's get KJ training too?

Awesome that you won that lottery, Ryan!! Excellent. Your comments are spot on...any (and I do mean any) process must have a way to gauge the plan vs actual performance. Otherwise you learn little. I am about to choose between the Coros Apex Pro 2 and the Garmin 965...because of Kilian I am bending to Coros but the new Garmin is so amazing.
