I have Avascular Necrosis | Episode 63

We havent shared this to everyone. But, I had the feeling of letting you guys know as I believe this life journey of ours will give maybe at least anyone of you a strength and inspiration to fight and never give up.
Lately, I’ve been suffering hip’s pain, it has been very difficult for my family and I. I have no idea that this isnt a simply back or waist act. Upon going for a check to a doctor, my family and I figure out that I had Avascular Necrosis.

Hi Angelica, first of all, hugs to you. Alam ko ang pains, and struggles of having AVASCULAR NECROSIS. I had my hip surgery- core decompression- tulad mo naglagay din sila ng tunnel sa hipballs ko. Yes. Plural. Both- right and left- bilateral. Jackpot. Its a life long battle. Some days ok ako. Some days- gusto ko na lang mahiga all day- but shempre hindi naman ako yayamanin para magpahinga na lang always- so kadalasan- kailangan ko magtrabaho. I was a dancer for 30 years. Nung nalaman ko na may AVN ako- i was a full time dance instructor in HongKong. Sa Pilipinas ko nalaman na may AVN. I had to stop teaching dance. I was depressed post surgery. But thankful ako- kasi now im fighting- im a fashion designer now in Bataan. And gusto ko pa din gawin mga gusto ko- im also a drag queen- oh di ba nakakapag high heels pa ako? Lahat yan gagawin naten- hanggat kaya pa maglakad- tumayo- hanggat kaya pa lahat! God bless you and your family Angelica. Kaya yan!!! Laban lang! Lagi ako nanonood ng vlog mo. And nagulat ako sa vlog na ito. May bago lang ako natutunan sa iyo- yung "PRP" - during my surgery- i had core decompression and nag inject ang doctor ko ng stem cell sa tunnel ng right hip ball ko- kasi yun- stage 4 na daw kasi. Hello po. Katulad nyo I also got AVN on both hips po😢😢 Stage 3 po yung left at stage 2 ang right hip. Wala po symptoms ang right ko Pero ang left ko po talaga ang napaka sakit .I agree very depressing po talaga. Nag core decompression na po sila sa left hip ko. Grabe napaka sakit po after surgery. Hindi ako pinalakad ng doktor for 3 months . Nag repeat MRI po ako Pero walang improvement. Yung pain ko nag subsides Pero slowly bumabalik ang pain ko sa left hip. Kaya sa ngayon mag pa consult po ulit ako kase gusto ko na po magpa hip replacement. Nagdadasal nga ako na sana wag sumakit ang right ko. 🙏🙏 May awa ang Diyos. 1 year na po ito since nung mag start sumakit. Tumaba na ako ng husto kase sedentary na ang lifestyle ko. Ang hirap kase lahat kailangan ko magpatulong. Pero sige Lang laban lng talaga ako, ang panginoon nagpapalakas ng loob ko. Thankful ako somehow kase ngayon dahil Sa vlog ni Angelica, nakaka share ako ng experience ko. Salamat rin for sharing your experience po.

I have avascular necrosis too, had my operation last month October 6 to be exact. They did core decompression procedure. The recovery is longer, not working for more than a month now. Nagkaroon din po ako ng same conditon sa iyo, as in kahit pag stand hindi ko na kinakaya. Sobrang pain na parang nakakangilo. My last choice is total hip replacement surgery. Kasi im working abroad, hndi ako pedeng hndi magtrabaho because im sustaining my family’s needs nakakatakot pakinggan yung surgery dahil papalitan na ako ng titanium since patay na yung bone ko sa hips, but believe me mam angge kinabukasan after ng surgery totally nawala na yung pain na pinoproblema ko in years. In two months i regained my strength, nakakalakad ng maayos and doing my physiotherapy. And now nakakapag jogging ulit ako. Back to normal 😊. Wishing na sana makabalik ka na rin kaagad sa dati. Be strong mam. Gagaling ka din😊

Miss Angelica P. Just watched your video, pareho po tayong may AVN both hips stage 4, since january din ako hndi na makalakad. Last April inoperahan ako, which is bone decompression... so far ok naman nakakalakad naman ako pero with walking cane... advice ng doctor saken ayaw din daw akong operahan kasi bata pa ako same age lang din po tayo, ang gagawin nalang daw saken every 4-6 months magiinject sila ng gamot both hips ko. As for me po, ang mga 4 kids ko at ang asawa ko ang pinaghuhugutan ko ng lakas ng loob. Always think positive. And get well po sa ating dalawa in GODS name malalagpasan po naten yan. 😊

Get well soon Angelica 🙏 Ako namn I was diagnosed with Endometrial Hyperplasia without Atypia(thank God )and currently taking HRT and I'm getting better na.. I will include you in my prayers.. hirap talaga maging babae kailangan natin alagaan mga sarili natin hindi lang para sa atin kundi para na sa mga anak natin.. keep uploading videos but don't put too much pressure on yourself..
