Because the doctors keep you in the dark. They don't exactly tell you you're dying like they do in the movies. They just tell you what it is, what testing they need to do and then recommend treatment. They're very cold about it, like it's a routine thing.

His faith in God was unbreakable and unwavering. I know some of us here aren't religious, but I for one am so glad Mark had his faith to carry him through this. I can only imagine how much strength it takes to give your fate up to God and accept this diagnosis as a young man barely in his 30's with a family. He was one tough man. Both of my granpas had cancer and lost fight. One had bone cancer. Started from back pain ending in broken bones in 3 months. Second one had cancer that Started next to nose area. In 2 months it was already next to eyes and after half of year attacked brain... Thats scary how fast this can kill you and how it can start like normal daily problems. I miss them so damn much. I'm making custom motorcycle right now and both of them were waiting to see final result. Every time i look at this project i feel pain.

Jesus Christ, he is/was so young. I just discovered this channel, 3.5 years later, but that's the beauty of our technology, I can get to know him even after he's gone. He seems like an awesome guy, I'm glad I found it. Everybody in my family died of cancer. So,in my case it's not "if "but "when". But still, when i was younger, I didn't care, I didn't even think it might happen to me. Now, when I just turned 49, and losing weight like crazy for no reason, I am taking the subject more seriously.

It's January 13, 2022. This popped up, don't know why it did, but it brought back a lot of memories. KZbin brought me to his videos even before his cancer diagnosis. I liked his upbeat personality, his ability to create/build/fix all things, and his love for his wife and children. Then, the cancer. He was so honest, brave, optimistic and at the end gave us the strength to honor his decision to discontinue treatments and live the best life he could, for as long as he could. It was an honor to walk that path with him. Just wish the outcome would have been different. RIP Mark, miss you.

7 years ago, when I was 30, I was diagnosed with cervical cancer. I sought treatment at MD Anderson in Houston. They are awesome. There is so much support available there ranging from psychological support, nutrition guidance, family support etc. I had chemo and radiation and didn't lose my hair or vomit once (both were fears of mine). Cancer free now. You will be in great hands there. Excited for the vlogs, especially Medical Mondays! I'm a medical nerd lol.

You should check out Scotty Cramner´s Yt channel. He was a professional BMX rider who had a terrible accident with his BMX bike which changed his whole life. He was from his neck onwards paralyzed (which became much better after 2 years but he still is in recovery and will probably never be the same like he was before the accident), his skull was opened and he had no forehead for some months, he lost many teeth etc. He documented everything of his dilema.

I am very glad that you’re taking a positive outlook with this. I have had a major health challenge since 1995 & decided early on that moping around and feeling sorry for myself wasn’t going to change it or for that matter, help. My positive attitude and outlook has gotten me through 20+ years of daily pain, treatments, self administration of injectable medication, the ups/downs of feeling like a lab rat and on and on. Heck! I’ve even been told by a doctor that I couldn’t possibly have the pain and such that I do have-because I’m too positive! Ha! What does he know?!? Keep up your positive outlook, your love of Him and the knowledge that your family loves you-those things are everything.

here after seeing that tumor reveal video, what a bloody disgust evil desease. I wish the world had shutdown because were all going to sit at home and collectively figure out a cure and not becaus of a virus. I know nothing about how to fix cancer, but 7+billion of us are on this earth, together our combined knowledge and different routes of think could fix this
