I agree 100%! I own the small satchel in almost every color. Sold my black and crimson in the large/medium size, which is too large for me. If they put a pocket on the back for the phone or quick access items, it would be so much more functional. I've been trying to figure out how to attach my phone on the back where they need a pocket. I would love the equestrian wide leather shoulder strap. If they sold it separately, I would buy every color. Dooney needs to watch this for sure!! TFS

TFS!!!!!!! I love all of your Satchels this style is my favorite from Dooney and Bourke. I agree with you the bags are heavy, it needs an outside pocket, a wider shoulder strap and I love the smile but I wish they would do something with the zipper cause it's hard to get into the bag being that the zipper doesn't go all the way to the end. I will always love this style but if Dooney would make some small changes to this bag I would buy more n wear my bag more. Great video and enjoy your bags💚💚💚💚

Beautiful bags ! 🤗 And the Zebra one is just amazing ! 😍 I agree with you about the weight of these bags... And the strap is narrow, so yes, it can dig into your shoulder when you fill up your bag... I have bought shoulder pads that you snap on to the strap to distribute the weight. There are different models of them on eBay and Amazon, fabric (probably nylon) ones that are very padded, and leather ones. I also use these padding things with metal chain straps, because they are terrible for my sensitive shoulders... 🙃

Hi again Ivana! I own the small satchel in pebble grain, and the weight of it is no problem at all. It weighs approx the same as the other top handle D&B bags, and somehow the pebble leather seems so soft and buttery that it almost "floats!" I like it that their website does list the weights for each bag. Thanks for another great video!

Hi Ivana, I hear you girl! I just dropped off my satchel strap at the shoe & leather repair shop, to be shortened. I just bought this Dooney in the pebble leather, so time will tell, but so far I am wearing her every day. I agree an outside pocket would be nice, however I have other Dooneys that have the exterior pocket, and I just dont like the look of my phone sticking out or the bulge it makes. I put my phone on top of my interior contents so I can get to it quickly and that works for me. I just love the look of this gorgeous bag, and how it feels on my arm! Ivana, that crimson bag is gorgeous! (They all are.) I would try crayon on that scratch. It works for me. I agree with the issues you list. The thing about adding an external pocket is, every pocket adds even more weight. Your tip re making it a shoulder bag is great! Fun video! 👌😊🌻

I totally agree with you on the weight of the Small and above-sized satchels. Have you tried the Micro? It solved my issues with the Satchels. Lighter weight, small enough to wear crossbody, and oh so cute! Absolutely my favorite bag out of my 50+ bags (Coach and Dooney). Love it!

Good morning beautiful lady! Gorgeous bags!! You have a beautiful variety of unique prints and textures. The satchel is definitely my favorite silhouette from Dooney. I have to agree with you, I own them in almost every color they put out and although I never reach for them anymore, I will never part with them. They are so beautiful. I just feel they’ve gotten a little too heavy for me. I own the smalls and the mediums but they are just too heavy and I think that’s what keeps me from carrying them. I do own a crimson double pocket satchel that I absolutely love it’s smaller and has a pocket in the back! I think I tend to grab that one a bit more. Great video I feel the same way! ♥️love you

Your coloring is lighter and more "delicate" I have similar coloring and also love the color navy but I found the Dooney denim and ivy Florentine leathers to be too dark and rich... just too intense - if that makes sense. Might be why you ended up selling them - if they worked for you, you probably would have kept them 😊 No regrets! The bags you do have are brilliant!!! 💖
