the road to success literally takes time. 10+ years is a common theme. you learn as you go and one day you begin to see the accumulation of your growth and remember that you actually started on this road many moons ago. Never give up. Just because you can't see it yet does not mean its not happening. Unless of course you aren't doing anything.
