I went to western Virginia to live there with a buddy of mine and the people there were so nice it was actually uncomfortable for me. I've found it to be much easier to judge the scale of an order if they order the happy meal first. So, if you are ordering a decent amount of food that also includes a happy meal, start with that, and then order the rest of the food.
