400 g of pasta

2 mozzarella balls (200 g)
200 g of Gouda cheese
3 cloves of garlic

500 g of pork
700 ml tomato puree (passata)
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of rosemary
1/3 teaspoon chili flakes
1 teaspoon Provence herbs
250g mascarpone
1/2 cup Grana Padano cheese
