I have never eaten like this Turkish pizza, so delicious and super soft. Top recipe.
Ingrediants:
FOR THE DOUGH:
Flour 400-450g
70ml warm water
Yeast 20g
80ml of warm milk
50ml of oil
1 egg white
1 small spoonful of sugar
Pinch of salt
Rising for about 50 minutes
FOR THE FILLING:
Spinach 350g
50g spreadable cheese
salt
60g mozzarella cheese
Tomato puree
Mozzarella cheese
Smoked salmon
Mozzarella cheese
Green olives
an egg yolk and a little milk
seeds to taste
-Sesame seeds
poppy seeds
-pumpkin seeds
Bake in the oven at 200 C for about 15 minutes
