🥣 Croissant Bread Ingredients:
- 1 TBSP Instant Yeast
- 1 TBSP Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Lukewarm Milk
- 2, 1/2 Cups Bread Flour
- 5 TBSP Sugar
- 1/2 TSP Salt
- 1 Medium Egg
- 2 TBSP Cooking Oil
- 50 G Butter
- 1 TBSP Turmeric
- 1 TBSP Milk
- 1 TSP Cooking Oil
- Black Seed
- Homemade Syrup
🥣 Homemade Sauce Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Milk
- 5 TBSP Sugar
- 1, 1/2 TBSP Wheat Flour
- 1/2 TSP Vanilla Sugar
✤ Bake in a preheated oven at 190-200 C for 20-25 minutes

🧑‍🍳Cooking tips:
- Sift the flour 2-3 times before use.
- Use bread flour to keep the bread soft and fluffy.
- I used Bread flour to have a nutritious bread, but it can be replaced with plain flour.
- Make sure, all the ingredients are out of the refrigerator and at room temperature, then add them.
- If the dough is a little sticky just put your palm in the flour and knead, no need to add more flour.
- Turmeric topping is only for coloring and doesn't smell like turmeric (my grandmother's recipe), I already tested it. so don't worry.
- Allow the croissant bread to cool completely, then serve.
- Every oven is so different. The bake settings in my post is just a reference for you. You may need to experiment with your oven to know at which point of temp the bread will crack and adjust from there.
