Hi! I'm glad to have found your channel. You have some great recipes and I can't wait to try them. One thing I'd like to know though, is the type of pans you use. Right away, in the very first recipe, the pans that you were frying the onions in, and the pan for the potatoes those looked like great pans, ones that fries wonderfully. These pans seems to be able to handle high temps quite well. This will be a great help to me if I could find such pans. Thanks, and I'm enjoying your content from the great state of Maine in the USA.

Всё, аппетит пришёл, пойду на ужин приготовлю! Спасибо брльшое! Вспомнила, когда жила у свекрови, она почти так же готовила на деревенской плите, без перца и томатов. Было изумительно вкусно. Картошка была очень крупная, рассыпчатая ,только сваренная почищенная.
