1 onion.
Olive oil.
1 carrot.
1 pepper
200 grams of mushrooms.
1 zucchini.
Salt. Black pepper.
Cook vegetables for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Flour 3 tablespoons.
Water 5 tablespoons.
Olive oil 2 tablespoons.
1 egg.
Olive oil.
Cook in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
150 grams of cheese.
Cook in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
For the sauce:
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt.
1 tablespoon mayonnaise.
Black pepper.
Chives.
lemon juice.
