I like how you respect your body's needs and with such a good spirit! It was a great idea to create a list that you can pick and choose from depending on how you feel. I am sure it must help make you feel accomplished while dealing with your chronic illness. Loved this video!❤

Hello my friend and I’m so happy you are feeling great. This makes me smile over here. Lists are so helpful especially when I’m easily distracted. You got that all taken care of! Well done I bet you feel accomplished and at peace with the results. I’m not a list maker either and when I do….i find it so helpful.

Yes! I am happy to feel better. It was a long crash. Idm didn't have that for a while. Hopefully, I'm good for the near future. A list can be helpful sometimes. Like today, it was. I am super happy about what I was able to do, and I was happy with myself to have stopped when I did. Take care! ♡

A list is useful, I used to use it a lot when my kids were younger and I was working. But since I stopped working, I don't feel the need to have one. Pacing is something I had to learn over the course of 5 years... and still have difficulty doing so. Take care! ♡
