Nah, Gundo should have buried Newcastle in first half. Even last season Gundo would have made better decisions in final third. The game plan was obv for him to come behind Halaand and either bury chances or create them for Halaand. It’s the reason why Grealish & Silva on wings today. They are able to hold the ball and find Gundo coming in from midfield.

Newcastle have one of the best midfields in Europe. Tonali, Bruno G, Joelinton is absolutely sensational.
