She's incredibly beautiful. You can tell she's actually a good dog. You can tell she's smart, too. She's just unsure about things at the moment. With Taki's love, care, and patience, she's going to be a very happy girl. The breakthrough is coming and it won't take long.

Exactly. She doesn't know what her "job" is here. She was obviously a "watchdog", guarding owners house? Garage? Property? Because she's got an intimidating bark. I think she is scared and confused because she doesn't understand what is expected of her. And the other dogs maybe are making it worse? But Takis will win her over with food and love. ❤

Yes I agree about 15 years ago in NYC where I live my neighbor had a German shepherd tied up in his backyard I called the city, I called police and animal shelters I was cursed out by people who work for the animal shelter and a cop told me to go eff myself, mind you there is a law in NYC against this not one agency would do anything to put a stop to this neighbors never cared and called me insane for caring I persisted until the bastard claimed the dog ran away, to thiis day I'll never know what happened to the dog but I remember everyone turning their back on me even my parents told me not to get involved, I don't know if that man was paying off the city or police but I was so angry he was allowed to do that and get away with it, I hope the dog survived that horrible bastard and hope in the afterlife he will burn in hell, if I ever see anything happening like that again I'm older now and I will contact proper authorities to make sure people do not get away with this more of us need to tell on these people and I don't care who calls me Karen...I despise animal abuse!!!🤬

Cette pauvre chienne a sûrement un passé douloureux, avec peu de contacts avec l'humain... On voit qu'elle est terrorisée et que son corps tremble dès que Takis approche la main, bien qu'il lui parle avec une infinie douceur... Elle a probablement été battue pour avoir si peur ! Elle est confuse aussi, car elle n'est pas encore habituée à sa nouvelle et belle vie qui vient de commencer, après les horreurs qu'elle a dû connaître, seule à la chaîne, et probablement sous les coups lors de rares contacts avec son ancien maître... un salopard encore celui-là ! Cela prendra du temps pour qu'elle puisse faire confiance à l'humain, mais le fait que Takis puisse déjà la caresser depuis son arrivée au refuge, est très encourageant. Tu vas aller de mieux en mieux, ma belle ! Tu peux avoir confiance en Takis, c'est un homme bon comme on en rencontre peu sur cette Terre. 👍😇🐶🐕❤❤❤🇨🇵

The poor girl is completely confused. On the one hand, she likes being petted, but on the other hand, she doesn't trust people. She certainly has her reasons for that. She doesn't know how to behave, so she defends herself as a precaution. And Takis is really brave, respect.

Takis could teach a thing or two to all those f “rescue-humane” shelters ( especially the ones from United States) where they kill dogs like this frightened poor girl.
