Wait so Okeanos is worth Devil mon? Man. I just had huge revelation of using Fire Lightning Emporer, I felt he was more useful so I used 11 devils on him for full skill. Now I wish I did Okeanos.

You shouldnt skill baylegr with devilmons since hes fusion and his only use is rift/raid where skillups are not reallly needed unless you struggle with runes
