Her father was old, ill and rags to get a new job of his own, so Salurako now does part time jobs at a convenient store to make ends meet while living in a small shabby apartment and in poverty. Extension: After a while, Keichi and Nagisa decided to go to a bar to have a break. When they got their drinks, Nagisa went to the bathroom, the waitress walked up to Keichi. When he looked up, he finds out that it's Sakurako, and she starts blaming him for ruining her father's company. But, Keichi had nothing to do with it and the only one to blame was Sakurako herself. She then got mad to the point where she said that if he didn't safe that old man that day, this wouldn't have happened... But then another voice interjected: Nagisa's. With Sakurako's outburst, she finally realized what truly happened. She then asked Keichi what happened, and reluctantly, he told her everything. After hearing that, Nagisa chewed Sakurako out for not only thinking so little about another person's life, but also, almost ruining another person's career. She then proceeded to tell Sakurako to go near her boyfriend, Keichi, ever again. Sakurako, stunned by Nagisa's rage, ran away, crying. Nagisa lightly scolded Keichi for not telling her everything even though the situation was resolved. He apologized and asked if there's anything he can do to make up for that... She hugged him and said that she will forgive him if he dates her with marriage in mind, which he accepts. As for Sakurako, it wasn't the end for her, as one of the patrons of the bar was filming what happened and she was getting bashed on social media, as well as getting blamed by the former co-workers for taking her side. What do you think?

Serves Sakurako right! Her true nature shows to Nagisa which is the reason why Nagisa terminate the contract on her company that her dad owns and this is the downfall of Salurako and her dad. And it's also her dad's fault for not listening to Keiichi's explanation and made him quit for personal reasons. Their company went bankrupt after that. I'M SURPRISED that Sakurako got a job of designer's assistant without experience. What kind of company is that to hire someone like her with no experience in that position when her dad's company is known for bankruptcy as she supposed to have a bad record in her job history!? I would only think that it's nepotism. But she's incompetent and not knowledgeable and quit after 6 months. She'll have trouble to find a decent job with her lack of experiences.

Afterstory: Just prior before the former’s Keiichi company went bankrupt, there was an interview about the recent success of Nagisa’s company. The interview is joined by some employees, including Keiichi himself, whom tell about how he joined this company. Thus, he reveals about President Todou from his former company and his former colleagues whose behavior were sympathy toward Todou’s daughter, Sakurako who lied to them about the incident which they’re believed her. Keiichi tell that because the old man he saved that day is Nagisa’s grandfather, he’s still have a chance to get back on his feet once again when Nagisa give him a second chance into her company. Thus, his talent become one of the recent success of new company, and Nagisa herself praised his efforts. Later, the interview goes online and Todou, Sakurako, and Keiichi’s former colleagues have watched it. They’re shocked to know the truth that they’re miss a chance for more incomes of their company just because of Todou’s daughter behavior. Both Todou and colleagues cursed Sakurako for their downfall, of which she cursed them back that it’s also their fault to believe her lies without ask more details. The colleagues also cursed Todou for spoiled his daughter and resigned from his company. Todou regret for “jumped into the gun” that his actions and behaviors toward Keiichi have led to him and his company downfall. Sakurako in her mind however, cursed and blame Keiichi for her fallen and thought that she could have tell her father to blacklisted him for every industry beforehand, so that he might not have another chance. After the company went bankrupt, Keiichi’s former colleagues came to his new company, begging him for forgiveness and ask him to help them joined his new company. Keiichi however, rejected their proposals, telling them that it’s their own fault for their behavior toward him during that time. Whether he will forgive them and have it bygones or not, he will never have a new employees with such behavior like them to joined the company, as it will possibly caused some of employees to feel uncomfortably, especially when such a situation as Keiichi have seen before happen again. Because misunderstanding is a parts of human nature, yet it’s a part that will always paint it’s scars in every hearts of every victims, and it will never gone or erase from anyone memories for the painful moment it gave for the rest of their life. With that, Keiichi’s former colleagues become hopeless and totally regret their actions and behavior towards Keiichi himself. They become jobless afterwards, with some have to endure their family break apart. No matter what will happens from now, they must stand and go forward anyway anyhow, no matter how miserable situation they are… Six months later, former President Todou become jobless and had to do a part-time jobs, while his daughter Sakurako were just out of the clothing industry in the hopeless situation. She reached her breaking point, and when she see the recent success from Nagisa company, she become furious and openly blamed Keiichi whom worked there for her downfall. She’s also blamed Nagisa for mess with their own affair, including Nagisa’s grandfather that were responsible for all that happened. She then rushed there and confronted both Keiichi and Nagisa, having her furiously blamed both for her downfall, of which she’s cursed Nagisa’s grandfather that he should have died there, so she might not become the fallen. She’s also tell that she could have tell her father to blacklisted Keiichi for every industry, so that he might not have another chance. Keiichi then mocked her that her downfall came from herself and her father whom spoiled her too much. No matter what’s she said, it’s useless for woman with such behavior like her, as such as her wasteful life. Sakurako become really piss off and grab a scissors from the nearby desk and try to stab both Keiichi and Nagisa. Both of them disarmed her and wait for the police to arrive. When polices arrived however, Sakurako broke from their restraint and run for her life out of the company building. She kept running from the polices chase after her to the crossing section. There, she hit by pickup and bounced off to one of the stores where both her legs were crushed, and the piece of glasses caused her to become blinded from this accident. For the pickup itself, it’s uncontrollably crashed into the another crossing section, when the truck just coming and crushed the pickup very hard, killing it’s driver instantly. It’s turned out that the pickup driver is actually Todou, who’s running part-time jobs during that day. Sakurako narrowly survived, but with her legs amputated and her blindness from the accident, she suffered more than her mind could endure. She’s yelled everyday, cursed her suffering from such a miserable situation, of which doctors and nurses have to sedated her to calm her down. With no one in her life gonna come to help her anymore, Sakurako’s now end up stayed hospitalized for the rest of her life. Few years later, there’s the fire accident in the hospital were she’s stayed. Of course, with her legs amputated and no one came to helped her in such dire situation, she become one of the casualties of the fire, with her body is fatally wounded from the burns that it’s so messed up beyond recognition. Unrecognizably, her body become disposed without a proper funeral, and become forgotten…for her own behavior that sealed her fate from the beginning. @@ronaldocruz4594Indeed, same old story. Why not do different eras of Japanese pasts like the Yamato period or Gempei. Like a different strong male character helped people or love interest solve issues in that period. Some endings as if they were a good couple doesn’t work due to classes in society or a few bad ends where the Villains were there but the good guys have to either live with it or die trying.
