yep - friends that live in Vegas (during the hot months) say they go out early in the day come home. Pretty much nothing to do in that heat. No tennis, no golf, no bike, no walking.. The kids definitely get restless in the hot months. And they live amongst places to go...in the desert not much to do but stare at the beige.

@ I can only speak for my property. Yes,a well can be put in. I got an estimate already and it’s usually around 700 feet before they hit good. It will cost us 30k to get a well. Until then..we will have our septic installer install our water system with tanks for $7500 and have our water delivered. The tanks hold 2500 gallons of water a piece. They will definitely be able to have a well drilled. I just don’t know how deep their area will be.

Blessings Simona, as a Southern California girl I have a supportive comment. Most West Coast natives from California, Arizona, and Nevada (Vegas), are very familiar with these areas you are showcasing because we often drive back and forth for weekend getaways from one state to the next, and many Californians have relocated to Vegas and Arizona for cheaper homes. Even though we have a major housing shortage, most of these areas have remained desolate for many reasons, mainly because long-term it's not feasible to live in the middle of the desert, especially undeveloped. I don't know how long you guys have been out here to experience all that nature has to offer, but it can easily get up to 120°+ in the desert for several days and weeks. Plus a lot of those desolate desert areas are prone to undocumented immigrant transporters territory. You mentioned seeing hatched eggs in your video. Our deserts and canyons carry snakes, centipedes, scorpions, etc... so please be very careful walking out there If you get a chance please research the desert areas along the California, Nevada, and Arizona borderlines. I would never try to discourage anyone against living their best life. I noticed that you are God-fearing, just stay prayed up, focused and knowledgeable about your plans. Many blessings 🙏🏽🙏🏽

It’s not for everyone you’re right.Most people can’t see the big picture or see beyond what’s in the natural but as believers we walk by faith and not by sight. Our God will supply all of our needs according to His reaches and glory! Hallelujah! These parcels are still desolate because they weren’t meant for someone else,they were meant for us!🙌🏾 That’s how I view it🤗 Everyone thought we were out of our minds when we bought this land and now look I’ve been out here over a year by myself and thriving! Those are not eggs. It’s a desert plant they look like squash or watermelon colored when growing but rattle like a maraca when dried out. Not edible at all

Living in a desert doesn't make you stress magically go away. You still have to work and provide..its not an easy life in the middle of now where. You have to clear out the land, decide how to get water (to drill or not drill). Gardening is tough. Who helping you build your house. Everything is farther away. Maybe rent for a week or 2 to get a feel for it. Both in the cooler months and the hot! months. Do your research and experience it first hand.

You just get on there and type in any city and state and put land in the search bar and start looking. Remember before sending any money or signing anything you do your due diligence to make sure everything checks out. Call the county etc.. you got this! 🩷
