Definitely continue the wall. Just having a post there will look funny and will probably be bumped into all of the time. Also, I've never seen anyone hang the drywall before you run the wiring. Usually, the drywall is the last thing to go up. By putting the drywall up now, you are making it more difficult to run the wires and install the outlets and switches. The plumbing should be done after the framing and before the electrics. Good luck with everything. I'm enjoying watching all of the progress.

You know there’s medical transport out in Az as well. A lot of it is probably out of phoenix, and I know a lot of Native Americans (First Nations) whatever they like to go by use them to make long distance appointments.

Happy 16th! My husband and I will be celebrating 19 years this May. Our kids aren't all grown though so we rarely get out for our anniversary. We 5 at home still and the youngest is only 4 😭😭.

I would definitely continue to wall right there by the kitchen. It's looking great so far.

Very clever business move in getting an abandoned house IF it has a septic tank as that would save $7-$10,000 here in the California high desert ...... The discount in my opinion must offset that cost to be worth it, Most people in California want to charge $15-$25k MORE because it has a septic tank and foundation base with the abandoned house
