I don't know what to say at all. This is definitely more than a jackpot Jamie. 😲 Just this look as you drove towards the light house gives you an idea of ​​what is waiting for you inside. You definitely couldn't believe what another great idea you had. Honestly, the inside is so great and wonderful and promises many wonderful days and hours there. Combined with the great weather and the lake it's just perfect. The room tour is so great and everything is just stunning. when I heard the doors rattling I though of Sherpa when he was dreaming.Sherpa was there with you, enjoying the view and running around the house, looking over the wall at the view (and saying 'Dad, do NOT go down there, OK!!') LOL when you stay somewhere and they leave lots of torches out you know the powder can go out all the time you needed one of your thermos cups, fill that with boiled water and it would stay hot for a while I guess they have lots of different books and movies to cover every taste for people who stay there. would have been great had they had a couple of the Sherpa books tucked away ;) can just imagine Jamie pretending he is the lighthouse keeper whilst he was there.

That is exactly how it was last Friday in the storm 114 mph wind whole areas destroyed and still a week on no power...Ireland,Scotland and Northern England got hammered, and a second major storm again on Monday, this did damage in South West England France ,Spain and Portugal...,very brave to live in a lighthouse in a Red Storm Alert

Jamie, for future adventures where you may lose power, bring in your large portable battery and mini hob/stovetop. They will enable you to to make your coffee, tea, noodle cups even when the power is out, and it is not safe to run to your vehicle.
